Spoor360 (“we”, “us”) is a search tool that helps you find used and new vehicles listed on third-party South African websites. This policy explains what information we handle and how, in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

Information we handle

Spoor360 does not require you to create an account and we do not ask for personal details to use the search. We process: your search terms and filters (to return results), recent searches stored only in your own browser, and anonymous, aggregated usage analytics (pages viewed, device type, approximate region) to improve the service. We do not collect your name, ID number, or contact details.

Cookies & analytics

We use privacy-friendly, cookie-less analytics that do not track you across other sites and do not build an advertising profile. Your recent searches are kept in your browser’s local storage and never leave your device; you can clear them at any time.

Third-party sites

Search results link to listings on AutoTrader, Cars.co.za, WeBuyCars and similar sites. When you click through, you are subject to that site’s own privacy policy. We are not responsible for how third-party sites handle your information.

Your rights

Under POPIA you may ask what information we hold and request correction or deletion. As we hold no account or contact data, there is typically nothing personal to action — but you can reach us with any query at hello@spoor360.co.za.
